Junior Enterprises

Foreigner students regularly enrolled in a partner institution may conduct a semester in a Junior Enterprise (Empresas Junior) at UNIFEI.

The junior enterprises offer a unique opportunity for the students to fully understand and experience the entire process of a consulting enterprise. Although the supervising professor provides some assistance, most of the work is conducted by the students.

The junior enterprises may receive the demand from any enterprise or public administration to conduct consulting and/or project. The students are responsible to collect the necessary data and provide the solution to the problem presented. The funds cannot be used as income for the students but rather used to purchase hardware and software for the junior enterprise.
